环境因子对发光杆菌毒素杀虫活性的影响

摘要 本文测定了温度、pH值、太阳光照射、日光灯照射和紫外灯照射对发光杆菌Photorhabdus luminescens外毒素致死小菜蛾Plutella xylostella3龄幼虫的影响。结果表明,pH7.0~8.0、温度20~30℃杀虫效果最好,而太阳光照射2h后,杀虫效果明显下降。紫外灯和日光灯照射对杀虫效果影响不显著。 Effect of the temperature,pH,sun light,flurescent light and ultraviolet light on insecticidal activity of Photorhabdus luminescens toxin against the 3rd instar larvae of Plutella xylostella was investigated in this paper.Results indicated that the toxin demonstrated high bioactivity when pH values ranged from 7.0 to 8.0 and temperature ranged from 20 ℃ to 30 ℃.The activity became significantly declined after the toxin being exposed in the sunlight for 2 h or more.Fluorescent and ultraviolet light didn't affect the activity of the toxin.
