细菌定殖能力与其生物防治功能相关性研究进展 被引量:22

摘要 一株优秀的生防菌株能否发挥生防能力的第一步就是在寄主植物根围以及其他生境稳定定殖。本文综述了国内外近年来对于定殖能力与生物防治之间关系的研究,包括定殖量与生防效果之间的关系,定殖中涉及到的一些性状和机制,以及生防菌株次生代谢产物与定殖能力之间的关系。 Colonization in the plant rhizosphere or other niches is the first and key step of exerting biocontrol efficacy for a bacterium.Here we summarized the research development on relationship between colonization ability and biocontrol efficacy in recent years,including the relationship between the population size of rhizobacteria and their biocontrol efficacy,traits and genes involved in colonization,and the relationship between the metabolites production and the colonization.
