摘要
采用实验生态学的方法,以半数致死浓度LD50为依据,比较研究指状许水蚤(Schmackeria inopinus Burckhardt,1913)和太平洋真宽水蚤(Eurytemora pacifica Sato,1913)对UV-B辐射增强的敏感性差异。结果表明,3个发育阶段对UV-B辐射增强的敏感性由高到低依次排序为无节幼体>桡足幼体>成体。而雄体成体比雌性成体敏感。2种海洋桡足类比较,太平洋真宽水蚤和指状许水蚤对UV-B辐射增强的敏感性同样存有差异。在整个发育过程的各个时期,太平洋真宽水蚤的敏感性都明显高于指状许水蚤。纵观整个发育过程,太平洋真宽水蚤对UV-B辐射增强最敏感的时期是无节幼体NⅥ和桡足幼体CⅠ,而指状许水蚤对UV-B辐射增强最敏感性时期为无节幼体的NⅣ和NⅤ。
The sensitivities of two species of marine copepods(Schmackeria inopinus Burckhardt,1913 and Eurytemora pacifica Sato,1913) to UV-B radiation enhancement were studied under controlled experimental conditions.(1) The comparative results among the different developmental stages showed that: nauplii and copepodites were more sensitive than their adults,and the order of the sensitivity to UV-B radiation enhancement was: nauplii> copepodites>adult.Moreover,the male adults were more sensitive than the females one.(2) The comparative results between different species of copepods showed that: the E.pacifica was more sensitive than S.inopinus to UV-B radiation enhancement in almost every developmental stage,and nauplius Ⅵ and copepodite Ⅰof E.pacifica and nauplius Ⅳ and Ⅴ of S.inopinus were the most sensitive stages to UV-B radiation enhancement.
