新型铌基合金及其变形阻力研究

Microstructure and Hot Compression Simulation of Nb Based Alloy

摘要 对研制的新型铌合金的铸态性能及其塑性变形阻力进行了研究。结果表明:在铸态下,合金显示为棒状形态的显微形貌,具有高的强度和一定的加工性能。对合金经热压缩后,发现在室温低应变速率条件下不存在屈服软化现象;而在高温大变形速率条件下存在屈服软化现象,且随着试验温度的降低和应变速率的增大,软化程度增大。其中在950℃试验条件下发生的屈服软化主要是由组织中溶质的再分配引起;而1050和1150℃下的屈服软化主要是由动态再结晶引起。 The as-cast properties of a new niobium alloys and its plastic deformation resistance were studied.The results showed that:In the cast,the alloy appeared as rod-like shape of the microstructure,with high strength and certain degree of processing performance.After hot compression,flow curvers exhibited no flow softening at the embient temperature in low strain rates;but at the higer test temperature in high strain rates,the flow softening exhibited.The degree of the flow softening became larger,particularly at higher strain rates and lower test temperature.At 950 ℃ test temperature the redistribution of solute caused the flow softening,but at 1050 and 1150 ℃ test temperature the dynamic recrystallization was the contributing factor to the flow softening.
