胡里山炮台铁炮分析研究

Analysis of Iron Cannon at Hulishan Battery

摘要 通过XRD,SEM-EDX,IR,显微激光拉曼光谱等分析手段对胡里山炮台的铁炮进行了科学分析,铁炮锈蚀产物含有纤铁矿(γ-FeOOH),对铁炮具有破坏作用。铁炮表面漆皮的分析表明曾经多次涂刷防锈油漆,底漆为醇酸树脂红丹防锈漆,面漆为醇酸树脂,锌粉、硫酸钡、云母和钛白粉作为填料。分析表明龟裂的漆皮已经不能为金属基体提供完整的保护,锈蚀已经在底漆里产生。建议彻底清除现有的漆皮,使用更好的防护材料保护铁炮,防止水和大气的影响。 The scientific analysis of iron cannon at Hulishan battery were carried out by means of XRD,SEM-EDX.IR and Raman microscopy.The corrosion on surface of iron cannon contained Lepidcrocite(γ-FeOOH).Multi-layer structure of the paint on iron cannon surface showed that iron cannon was treated with different paint for several times.Inner paint was anticorrosion paint contained Pb3O4,and outer paint contained Barium sulfate,zinc,titanium dioxide,mica,which were used as filler.The resin might be Alkyd resin on the base of IR analysis.The results indicated that cracked paint could not protect the iron cannon.The old paint should be cleaned and replaced with better coating materials to conserve the iron cannon.
