浅论高校危机管理

On crisis management in higher education

目前我国高校正处在改革开放和现代化建设的关键时期,不可避免地要受到来自社会的和自身内部的各类矛盾和问题的影响,引发不同程度的危机事件.这些危机破坏了学校正常的教学、科研、生活秩序,对学校的改革、发展、稳定造成了一定影响,同时间接地对社会造成了负面影响.如何应对这些危机事件,对高校管理者来说是一个紧迫的现实问题.本文在描述高校危机的基础上,对高校危机管理组织体系的构建、高校危机管理的三个阶段和应注意的几大原则性问题做出了概括,以期为高校危机管理提供一个框架,引发大家对高校危机管理的思考.

Chinese university is at a crucial stage of reform and modernization now.With the deepening of social transformation,university,as a social organization’s special form,unavoidably has crises with different degrees caused by all kinds of conflicts and issues from both the internal and external.These crises undermine the normal school teaching,scientific research and school life order and influence school reform,development and stability in a certain impact,and indirectly have a negative impact on society.How to deal with these effectively is an urgent realistic problem for administrators of university.The paper generalizes several major issues of principle including the construction of the crisis management organization in university,three stages of crisis management and what should be noted when it comes to crisis management in university,which is on the basis of the description of the university crisis to provide a framework for crisis management of university,leading us to thinking about the crisis management in university.
