摘要
节能降耗是提高企业经济效益,增强企业竞争力的重要措施。针对Corex煤气炉顶压力很高而煤气压差主要由煤气洗涤装置承担导致能量白白损失的情况,引入高炉煤气余压透平发电(TRT)技术。结合具体工程,克服Corex炉煤气流量波动大、瞬间冲压力强等难题,阐述Corex炉中采用TRT运行控制TRT入口煤气压力和发电负荷的控制系统的方式特点,以及系统的运行情况和实际效果。此首次使用Corex炉煤气的TRT系统为Corex炉正常运行提供了有利条件,运行至今产生了良好的经济效益。
The energy conservation and consumption reducing are important to increase economic efficiency and enhance competition ability of enterprise.For using the higher Corex top pressure and reducing energy consumption because of pressure difference on gas wash system,the technology of gas pressure recovery turbine is imported.The more unstable gas flow and momentary pressure change are considered in project.The designs,functions and features of gas pressure and electric power load control system are stressed based on Corex TRT.For the first time,supplying Corex with good running condition,Corex TRT has gained good economic benefits.
