摘要
为了进一步减少板坯库存,提高板坯的利用率和缩短合同完成周期,需要对合同与板坯进行二次匹配。在某钢企的人工转用充当系统的基础上,面向实际转用充当的动态特性,针对其生产工艺的行业特征,建立了合同与板坯二次匹配模型,提出一个针对性强的自适应遗传算法求其解,并开发出有实际应用价值的板坯自动转用充当系统。二次匹配模型通过绝对目标减少优化的复杂度,所提出的遗传算法采用混合编码方式,初始种群为最初匹配关系。通过大量的数据测试和实际应用表明该模型进一步提高了合同的完成量和板坯的使用准确率,使得合同与板坯的匹配更加合理有效。
With the purpose of reducing slab stocks,advancing utilization ratio of the slabs and shortening cycles of the orders,it needs to re-match orders with slabs.Based on the manual slab-replacing system,oriented to dynamic characteristics of the practical slab-replacing and according to special characteristics of the production techniques,a re-matching model is established,a adaptive genetic algorithm to get its solution is proposed,and a slab-replacing system of practical value is developed.The re-matching model can lessen optimizations complexity through absolute objective function,hybrid coding will be chosen in GA,and the first population will be the initial matching.Large amounts of data through testing and practical application show that the proposed model greatly improves the completion of the orders and accuracy of slabs used,and makes the matching more reasonable and effectively.
