摘要
针对先进控制算法应用于实际工业控制过程中,由于算法在仿真中忽略实际系统的某些特性或参数,导致控制器在系统实时控制中不能得出期望的控制效果,介绍一种基于实时控制软件WinCon和Simulink的半实物仿真系统,采用数据采集卡Q4,功率放大,工拉机构建了耦联水罐半实物仿真控制系统,搭建起理论仿真研究与实时控制之间的桥梁。通过机理建模方法,建立了耦联水罐非线性数学模型。应用动态矩阵控制算法,对耦联水罐控制系统进行了实时控制。实验结果表明半实物仿真控制系统可方便实现先进控制算法的仿真实现与实际应用,同时也验证了动态矩阵控制算法的有效性。
Basis for the advanced control algorithm applies in the actual industrial control process,because the algorithm neglects actual system's certain characteristics or the parameter in the simulation,the controller can not obtain the expectation of control effect in the system real-time control.A hardware-in-the-loop simulation method was introduced based on wincon and simulink.Q4 data acquisition card,power amplification module and industry controls machine are applied to construct hardware-in-the-loop simulation of coupled water tanks control system.Non-Linear mathematic model of coupled water tanks is established by means of mechanism modeling method. Dynamic matrix control algorithm is used into the real time control of coupled water tanks control system.Experiment results in the coupled water tanks control system proved that the hardware-in-the-loop simulation facilitates the simulation realization and practical application of advanced control algorithm.It also verifies the effectiveness of the dynamic matrix control algorithm.
