摘要
冶金行业中的氧化铝厂由于广泛使用大功耗设备而成为高耗能的工业企业。为了降低生产过程的能耗,提高能源利用效率,分析了用变频节能控制策略取代节流控制的可行性,提出了基于该技术在国内某大型氧化铝厂的应用方案。首先讨论了变频节能技术原理,然后汇总了国内某大型氧化铝厂的基本生产情况与耗能数据,以其中典型工段为例,对早期节流控制与提出的变频控制的系统构成与控制方案进行比较。分析结果表明,与传统的节流控制相比,采用变频控制技术能够显著降低企企业生产成本和能耗,提高产品的技术含量和企业竞争力。方案不仅适合在各大氧化铝厂全面推广,还能够应用于其他冶金行业,实现节能控制的目标。
Duing to adoption of various equipments with large power consumption,the alumina factories are always regarded as high energy cost sectors in metallurgy industry.In order to reduce the energy consumption while enhance the efficiency on energy use,the feasibility of substitution of frequency conversion is analyzed based energy-saving scheme for throttle based control according to the principle of energy-saving by frequency conversion.A scheme is drawn to show how the frequency conversion technology can be applied to a special part of a large alumina factory,where the workshops and energy-use data are taken into account.It is indicated that the proposed scheme can remarkably cut down the production cost and energy consumption for this enterprise when compared to the traditional throttle control,with the improvement of both technological level and competitive power.The proposed scheme can not only be extended to large alumina factories,but also be introduced to other sectors in metallurgy industry where energy-saving is required.
