摘要 随着嵌入式系统和数字技术的不断提高,数字化传感器与程控单元组成各种功能的测控系统成为自动化控制技术的发展趋势。光强测量可用于判定液体浑浊度、间接测量炉温、光照度控制、光电池转换效率计算等,在测控技术中占有重要地位。为了实现光强测量的数字化集成,使用户可以轻松地组建自动化测控系统,提出了利用光电池作为传感元件的光强测量数字传感器设计,将光电池、微控制器和总线系统集成,具有数字化输出、总线控制、智能化采集等功能,可以方便地接入各种程控网络,满足不同工控环境对光强测量的要求。介绍了该数字传感器应用于太阳能电池控制系统的一个实例。 Light intensity measurement can be used to measure the liquid turbidity,indirect measurement of furnace temperature,light intensity control,calculation of photovoltaic conversion efficiency,it plays an important role in the measurement and control technology. In order to achieve digital integration of light intensity measurement,allowing users to set up automatic control system easily.The use of photovoltaic cells can be presented as a sensor of light intensity measurement,integrated with the micro-controller and the data bus interface to form a digital sensor.The sensor with digital output is controlled by bus and programs,it can be connected easily with a variety of programmable networks,to meet the requirements for light intensity measurement in different industrial environments.An application of the digital light intensity sensor in a solar cell control system is introduced as an example.
