摘要
针对目前插卡式数据采集卡拆卸的不方便、体积较大以及传统单片机控制采集速度低、非实时等一系列缺陷,设计了一套基于FPGA与USB2.0的便携式高速数据采集系统。FPGA作为主控制器对A/D转换芯片以及USB接口芯片控制,实现可靠的高速采样。研究了FPGA对A/D转换芯片AD9238的控制与对USB从属FIFO写操作的实现。该系统最高采样频率可达20MHz,小巧、便携的设计特别适用于移动的作业现场。
Due to the defects of traditional data acquisition card with large size, not convenient to dismount, as well as low acquisition speed of traditional MCU and non-real-time, in this study a portable high-speed data acquisition system based on FPGA and USB2.0 is designed. FPGA is used as the main controller to control the A/D converter and USB interface chip so as to realize reliable high-speed sampling. The control of FPGA to A/D conversion chip AD9238 and the realization of writing of USB subordination FIFO are studied. The maximum sampling frequency of the system can up to 20 MHz, and this system is also compact, portable which makes it especially suitable for mobile operations at the scene.
