摘要 无线技术在工厂企业级得到了广泛的应用,在现场级使用无线技术完全或者部分代替线缆也是一个必然的发展趋势。该文主要讨论了在工业现场级使用无线网络技术代替有线的现场总线技术所产生的问题。分析了现有的3种无线协议用于工厂现场级所面临的实时性和可靠性相关问题,并探讨了现阶段无线技术在工业应用上的发展方向。 For factory automation, wireless technology has been widely used at enterprise level. In addition, at field level, wireless technology is considered as a good way to cable replacement for cost saving. In this paper, some key issues of wireless industrial communication systems at filed leveal are discussed: (1) fundamental problems of wireless communication such as channel errors and hidden terminal problem; (2) the reliability and real-time problem of existing wireless technologies for the industrial applications.
