吉非替尼一线治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

Clinical observation of gefitinib as the first line therapy for old age advanced NSCLC

目的观察吉非替尼一线治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的临床疗效和毒副反应。方法 21例局部晚期和转移性老年NSCLC一线应用吉非替尼250mg/d直至出现肿瘤进展或不可耐受的毒副反应。结果 21例患者中CR3例(14.3%),PR8例(38.1%),SD3例(14.3%),PD7例(33.3%),客观缓解率52.4%,疾病控制率66.7%,中位无进展生存期(PFS)6个月,中位生存时间(OS)8个月,1年生存率33.3%,2年生存率9.5%。主要毒副反应为皮疹发生率52.4%,腹泻发生率33.3%,恶心呕吐发生率13.3%,转氨酶升高发生率9.5%。结论吉非替尼一线治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌有较好的疗效和安全性。

Objective To evaluate the response and side-effects of gefitinib as the first line therapy for olda ge advanced NSCLC.Methods A total 21 old age patients with advanced NSCLC were enrolled in the study.Gefitinib was orally administered 250mg once daily until disease progression or the occurrence of intolerable toxicity.Results In 21 patients,there were 3 cases with CR(14.3%)and 7 cases with PR(33.3%).The objectiver esponse rate was 52.4% and the disease control rate was 33.3%.Adverse events included rash(52.4%),diarrhea(33.3%),nausea and vomiting(13.3%),hepatic dysfunction(9.5%).Conclusion gefitinib as the first line therapy for old age advanced NSCLC was effective and security.
