视黄醇结合蛋白4与代谢异常关系的研究进展

摘要 视黄醇结合蛋白4(RBP4)是近年来新发现的脂肪细胞因子,不仅参与了糖脂代谢的紊乱,在肥胖人群中显著升高,而且与代谢综合征及其组分以及脂联素密切相关,并且在内脏脂肪细胞功能紊乱和动脉粥样硬化性血管病变中起着重要的媒介作用。研究发现,RBP4与丙型肝炎病毒和非酒精性脂肪肝病变以及肾脏疾病的终末状态有着密切的关系。此外,RBP4在妊娠糖尿病、多囊卵巢综合征等性激素相关性疾病的发生机制中亦起着不可磨灭的作用。 As a newly found Adipocytokine,RBP4(retinal binding protein 4)plays a critical role in dyslipidaemia and glucose metabolism disorders.And it also increased significantly in the obese population.At thes ame time,RBP4 is closely related to metabolic syndrome and its components as well as adiponectin.RBP4p lays an important media role in the dysfunction of visceral fat-cell and atherosclerotic vascular disease.according to newly discovered papers,RBP4 also had a closed relationship with hepatitis C virus and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease as well as the terminal state of renal disease.Besides that,it also closely related to the pathophysiology of Gestational Diabete(sGDM)and polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS).
