锅炉燃用中煤及煤泥的技术措施

Technical Measures on Middlings and Coal Slime Used for Burning of Boilers

包钢热电厂现燃煤在进窑煤和精煤的同时大量掺烧中煤和煤泥,这样使燃料的质量总体下降。由于煤质差导致锅炉带不上负荷、棚煤、制粉系统故障频发,另外因煤质差使锅炉积灰、风机震动、炉膛掉焦、甚至结焦等现象经常发生。文章通过锅炉燃烧中煤、煤泥,提出锅炉燃烧此类煤的危害和控制措施,使对锅炉造成的不良危害降低到最低限度,基本上保证了锅炉的可靠运行。

In order to reduce production costs for Baotou Steel,middlings and coal slime are also used for burning of boilers,so the quality of fuels declines as a whole.As a result,the boilers are with low load,the coals cannot be shed,and there are problems of pulverizing system frequently.Furthermore,it causes dust deposition in boilers,vibration of blower,boiler coal ash slag,and even coking.In this paper,some measures to control these harms are put forward,which make them as few as possible,and ensure smooth operations of boilers.
