摘要
采用序批式生物膜反应器(SBBR)以及模拟无碳源的理想生活污水,对系统内各参数进行反复调试,在一个月内实现了自养型短程硝化系统的启动,氨氮去除率为98%,亚硝态氮积累率为95.29%。当温度控制在20~35℃时都会实现短程硝化,而30℃时短程硝化的效果最佳;系统其他条件不变的情况下DO为1.5 mg/L时,短程硝化的效果最好;系统具有一定的承受有机负荷的能力,在进水中外加COD_(Cr)浓度不超过75 mg/L时,不会对系统产生影响且COD_(Cr)的去除率为50%。
Using sequencing batch biofilm reactor(SBBR) and simulating the ideal sewage of non-carbon sources achieved the autotrophic nitrification system startup,98%ammonia nitrogen removal rate and 95.29%nitrite nitrogen accumulation rate,by debugging various parameters of the system over and over again within a month's time;When the temperature is controlled at the range of 20 to 35℃,the system can all realize short-cut nitrification but it is the best at 30℃;When the other conditions are certain in the system,DO concentration at 1.5 mg/L is the best to realize short-cut nitrification; The system has a certain ability to withstand the organic load.When the COD_(Cr) added in influent is no more than 75 mg/L,it does not affect the autotrophic nitrification system and the COD_(Cr) removal rate is 50%.
