摘要
探讨了水解酸化脱溶和铁盐混凝工艺处理印染废水的基本原理和反应机理,阐述了该工艺在印染废水治理中的应用。从实际应用看,水解酸化脱溶—铁盐混凝工艺具有适应范围广、处理效果好、成本低廉等优点。作为印染废水预处理工序,可以使后续生化和物化工序处于更合适的浓度范围而获得更理想的处理效果。
This article discusses the basic principles and the reaction mechanism of the hydrolytic acidification desolventizing & ferric salt coagulation technology which were used to treat the dyeing wastewater.This article also described the practice of that technology In the process of dyeing wastewater treatment.From a practical application perspective,hydrolytic acidification desolventizing-ferric salt coagulation process has to adapt to a wide range,good effect,and lower cost Used as a dyeing wastewater pretreatment process,it can make the follow-up biochemical and physicochemical processes in a more appropriate concentration range and get better treatment effect.
