摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备5-甲氧甲基-8-羟基喹啉铝氧化硅溶胶复合涂层。并采用差热分析、扫描电镜、紫外-可见分光光度计、荧光分光光度计等手段分别对涂层的稳定性、微观形貌、透光性、发光性质等进行表征。结果表明,采用二氧化硅溶胶法制备5-甲氧甲基8-羟基喹啉铝氧化硅复合涂层,简便易行,涂层热稳定性好,不易脱落,具有良好的实用性。
5-methoxymethyl-8-hydroxylquinoline aluminum/SiO2 hybrid coating was prepared via sol-gel method. The hybrid coating properties, including thermal stability, morphology, transparency and luminescence, were characterized by FLUORO, SEM, TG/DSC, and UV-vis. The results show that there is a simple route to obtain a 5-methoxymethyl-8-hydroxylquinoline aluminum/SiO2 hybrid coating, and the hybrid coating has excellent thermal stability and adhesion.
