摘要
针对限制高炉喷煤的各种因素,通过实施优化配煤、改善喷煤系统制粉喷吹能力、提高入炉风温、采用风口等距离等阻损喷吹技术和稳定高炉炉况等一系列措施,全厂高炉煤比达到了174kg/t。
Aimed at increase coal injection ratio of Liugang blast furnace to 174kg/t,against the factors that limit coal injection in blast furnace,many measures to be carried out such as optimizing coal blending,improving the capability of powder milling and injection of coal injection system,increasing blast temperature,adopting the technology of pulverized coal injection with equal distance and resistance on running.
