Sending and Receiving Disaster Information MMS System Based on Earthquake Emergency Rapid Response System

地震发生时需要快速的将地震快速评估的结果传达给相关的地震应急人员,以便应急人员快速、合理的展开应急救援,尽最大努力减少灾害造成的损失。根据这一实际需求提出了一种基于地震应急快速反应系统的灾情彩信信息发送与接收系统,通过该系统来满足震时的信息传送需求,为震时应急救援提供一定的信息支撑。

When the earthquake occurs,it needs to send the rapid assessment of the earthquake to earthquake-related emergency people quickly,so that they can rescue fast and properly and reduce as much loss as possible.According to the practical requirements,this paper proposed the system of sending and receiving disaster information MMS,which based on the rapid response system of earthquake emergency.The system can meet the requirement of sending messages while earthquake occurs.It also provides some information supports for the earthquake emergency rescue.
