To promote seismic,strong motion,two networks-one,launched Altus earthquake data acquisition real -time data stream decoding.This article was introduced from a technical point of view,the instrument of communication,the binary package structure and communication process were introduced simply in this paper and analyzed real -time data format.Finally,the development environment set up and decode implementation were introduced in detail.
