概述了单层屋面系统的基本组成和在欧美的发展现状,重点阐述了单层屋面系统的抗风揭试验方法,包括美国ANSI/FM4474方法和欧洲ETAG006方法,简要介绍了抗风揭试验结果在屋面设计中的应用。
Single ply roof system refers to those using TPO/PVC/ EPDM as waterproofing membrane exposed to elements and installed with mechanically fastened or fully adhered or ballasted methods.The system is composed of single ply membrane,insulation,air barrio,roof deck and fasteners and accessories.In general,insulation is positioned above roof deck and underneath the membrane and air barrio is directly laid on roof deck.Besides structural safety,wind load is important in design and installation of single ply roof system as it is of vital to safety and reliability of the system.Currently there are ANSI/FM 4474—2004 'Evaluation of simulated wind uplift of roof system with static positive pressure and/or negative pressure'and ETAG 006:2007 'Guide to European technical certification for mechanically fastened flexible waterproofing membrane system'available as wind uplift test methods.The wind uplift test can be divided into two,i.e.minimum wind uplift test of material based on standard specification and wind uplift test of real roof system.For the formal,componentslike deck,insulation,fasteners and spacing,membrane overlap width are specified and only one to be tested is membrane used in the system.In China,roof wind load design must comply with GB 50009 'Specification for building structural load'and the load calculated after the standard can be verified by the test above mentioned.
