摘要 综述了高锰酸钾的性质和用途、生产现状、生产工艺流程,锰酸钾制备传统工艺。着重介绍了我国最新发明的以重庆嘉陵化学制品有限公司为代表的三相加压法和以云南冶金集团建水锰矿有限责任公司为代表的卧式加压釜氧化法,可处理低品位锰粉,连续生产,转化率达到90%以上。 Most manufacturers of potassium permanganate in China produce by traditional solid-roasting method,which backward production technology and seriously pollute environment.This article focuses on the three-phase pressure process invested by Chongqing Jialing Chemical Produces Corporation Limited and the horizontal pressure reaction vessel oxidation method invested by Yunnan metallurgical Group Jianshui Manganses Co.,Ltd,both of which are the latest inventions in China.These two methods can be used to process low grade manganese and to realize the continuous production,and the conversion rate can reach 90%.
