科学工作流系统中消息驱动机制

Event-driven mechanism in scientific workflow system

摘要 设计并实现了一个基于网格操作系统(GOS)的科学工作流管理系统,以支持GOS社区中的网格应用.工作流系统基于GOS网格中间件,利用GOS提供的功能,通过消息驱动机制实现了工作流系统与GOS的无缝结合,通过GOS portal为用户提供工作流应用.系统能够支持用户自定义工作流模型,使用所需资源少、易管理的多线程技术和消息驱动机制,实现并发处理大量作业,为用户提供了可视化的基于浏览器的管理环境,能及时对任务进行监控和管理. This paper designs and implements a scientific workflow management system and integrated into grid operating system(GOS) middleware to manage the experiments.The system supports user-defined workflow models.The workflow system based on GOS grid middleware realize seamless integration between workflow system and GOS by message-driven,and provide workflow application for users by GOS portal.Workflow engine uses light weighted multi-thread technology and event-driven mechanism to dispatch concurrent jobs and thus can deal with large scale jobs.We provide visual user interface environment in browser portal,in which domain scientists can monitor and manage the workflow tasks easily.
