摘要
研究了聚碳酸酯(PC)标准样条在广州、琼海、拉萨、敦煌四个地区为期两年的自然暴露试验后的老化行为。试验结果表明,PC的老化主要受太阳辐照的影响,并且老化集中在样条的表面层,样条内部伴随着物理老化。自然暴晒后的拉伸试验中发现,老化严重的样条产生裂纹,并沿裂纹生长方向断裂;而老化程度轻的样条产生银纹,并沿银纹生长的方向断裂。PC自然暴晒后的力学性能测试中,断裂伸长率的变化最为明显,可以考虑作为表征PC老化程度的指标。
The weathering behaviors of polycarbonate (PC) in Guangzhou、Qionghai、Lassa and Dunhuang for two years were investigated. The results suggested that PC degradation caused mainly by radiation, and chemical degradation was focused on the surface with physical degradation in the interior. Tensile results showed that the tested bar may appear craze or crack according to aging extent, the elongation was the most sensitive property for aging evaluation.
