摘要
本文从认证的概念入手,探索了认证的本质和特征,分析了认证的作用和价值,并分别从宏观和微观上就认证的价值给出了一些定量评价。
From the conception, on the basis of exploration of the essence and characters of certification, the function and value of certification are discussed in the paper.The value of certification are given quantitatively from both macroeconomic and microeconomic.
