摘要
本研究基于水泥的生料和熟料的断裂韧性,弹性模量等力学性能的试验研究,探讨水泥熟料的破碎阻力与断裂韧性的平方和弹性模量的比值之关系,认为这是熟料细化粉磨耗能多的主要原因之一,物料的KIC2/E比值直接影响到破碎的方式和难易程度。
Based on texting results of the fracture toughness, elastic modulus for cement clinker and raw material, it was explored the relationship between the cement clinker crushing resistance and the ratio of the square of fracture toughness and elastic modulus in this study. It was expected to one of the main reason why clinker refined grinding consumed more energy-intensive. So the ratio of KIC2/E was directly impacted on the manner and degree of difficulty crushing of cement materials.
