摘要
本文采用氢氟酸消解处理样品,经硝酸溶液稀释处理后使用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法对石英玻璃中杂质元素含量进行测定。以锂元素为例,探索出最佳试验条件,为确定其它元素测定条件提供参考。
The quartz glass sample was decomposed by hydrofluoric acid,and diluted with nitric acid,and then the impurity elements content were determined by GFAAS. Study the optimum test condition of lithium in this paper to offer an reference for the determination of other impurity elements in the quartz glass .
