摘要 在分析不同聚丙烯(PP)管材分子结构差异的基础上,采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)表征了两不同类型PP管材的熔融行为,进而鉴定了它们的类型;另外,根据样品中各组分热分解行为的差异,设定了适当的温度程序和气氛,利用热重(TG)测定了热熔型氟碳涂料、三元乙丙橡胶密封垫、玻纤增强聚酰胺隔热条中各主要组分的含量,为了解这些材料的使用性能提供了更丰富的数据。 Firstly, on the basis of analysizing the difference of molecular structure of different types of PP pipes, differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) was employed to characterize the melting behavior of these two Polypropylene (PP) pipes, and distinguish them. Secondly, according to the difference between the thermal decomposing behavior of individual composition, through setting proper temperature programmes and atmosphere, the main compositions in hot-melt fluorocarbon coating, EPDM rubber gasket and glass fiber reinforced polyamide thermal barrier strip were determined by thermogravimetry(TG) analysis, thus more and richer information were obtained to understand the performance of these materials.
