论生态袋理化性能与生态护坡工程质量的内在关系 被引量:14

The Internal Relationship between the Physical and Chemical Properties of Ecology Geotextile Bag and Engineering Quality of Ecological Slope

摘要 生态护坡技术在柔性护坡工程中广泛应用,是结构和植被相结合的高级复合边坡形态,施工简便快捷,植被可以自由穿透生态袋,栽种形式和品种不受限制,施工期短,结构稳定,植被效果好,节省造价,是生态水利工程中一种新型的实用专利技术。本文结合实际工程案例论述了这一新型护坡技术,解读生态边坡系统的组成及其原理,重点介绍系统主要组成部分—生态袋,生态袋是用高分子聚乙烯(聚丙烯)及其它材料制成的一种新型土工材料,耐腐蚀性强,抗UV,不降解,具有透水不透土的过滤功能,对植物友善。文章通过分析生态袋在生态边坡系统中的使用原理,从力学性能(耐断裂、耐撕破、耐穿刺)、植生性能(透水性能、植生孔径)及老化性能(抗紫外线性能、冻融性能)三方面入手,建立生态袋体物理性能与生态边坡工程质量的内在联系,并对具体物理指标选定了相应测试方法。 The technology of ecological slope is widely used in the soft structure slope protection system. It is an advanced form of multiple slope with its stable structure and plants cover. The ecological form is very easy and fast to build. The ecological retaining wall could use any kinds of plants. And the plants can embed in the ecological bags freely. It is a stable structure, ecologically and saving money. So it is a new type practice technology patent for ecological hydraulic projects. This paper introduces a new technology of slope through the practical engineering cases, and interprets the composition of ecological systems and the principles of slope, especially highlights the main components of the system-ecology geotextile bag. The ecology geotextile bag, which is nondegradable and resistance to corrosion and UV, is a new kind of geosynthetic materials consisted of polyethylene and other materials. The bag is filtration and friendly to the p lants. Th is article studies the connections between the physical properties of the ecology geotextile bag and the quality of the ecological engineering by analyzing the principles of the use of the ecology geotextile bag in ecological slope from three parts of its properties, including mechanical properties (tensile strength, tear resistance, puncture resistance), ecological properties (permeability property and ecological size) and aging (UV resistance and freeze-thaw performance). Also it chooses specific physical indicators of its corresponding test method.
