铝合金阳极氧化膜润湿性及耐皮脂污染性的研究

摘要 本文研究了不同的硫酸阳极化工艺与封孔条件对阳极氧化铝表面润湿性及耐皮脂污染性的影响。经过实验研究发现,对不同膜厚的阳极氧化铝进行沸水封孔,材料表面接触角均小于3°,而使用镍盐进行封孔的阳极氧化铝,表面润湿性则会随着氧化膜厚度与孔径的增大而减小,表面镍含量与接触角呈正相关性。由此可以得出,阳极氧化铝的封孔方式是影响阳极氧化铝表面润湿性的重要因素。此外,研究还发现氧化膜表面抗皮脂污染能力受膜层厚度、孔径大小、封孔方式的影响较小。但在沸水脱脂过程中,沸水封孔的试样要比镍盐封孔的试样脱脂效果更好,且膜层越厚,该现象越明显。 By the research about the effects of the wettability and resistibility of sebum pollution of anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) surface in different anodic oxidation conditions and sealing way, it is indicated that the sealing way of AAO is the one of the most important factors affecting the wettability of AAO surface. When sealing AAO in the boiling water, it shows that no matter how thick the anodic oxidation film is, the contact angles are all less than 3°, and when sealing AAO in the solution containing nickel acetate, the wettability of AAO surface is found to be reducing while the thickness and the hole diameter of the oxidation film are increasing. It shows that there is a positive correlation between the content of Ni on surface and the contact angle. Moreover, it is not obvious that the relationship between thick of film, nano — hole diamter, the manner of sealing hole and resistibility of sebum pollution of AAO surface. But the surface in heat-sealing contains less sebum than that sealed in nickel acetate after specimens are cleaned by boiling water. Much thicker the film is, more obviously the expression is.
