摘要
波长色散X荧光仪具有制样简单、良好的分辨率、无损快速定量分析、元素分析范围广等优点,在工业过程监控和产品质量控制中得到了广泛的应用。然而,波谱仪的制造技术和加工工艺等要求很高,我国使用的波谱仪绝大多数都是从国外进口的。针对建材行业质量控制特点,选择十种固定的元素,采用弯曲晶体制作固定分光道,利用400瓦低功率光管并采用上照式结构避免光管被污染及一体化X射线探测专利技术,完成国产化的固定道波谱仪。开发的上位机操作软件具有自动控制系统、多道采集系统,定量分析系统等多种X射线荧光光谱分析的特点,软件设计人性化,具有自动化程序高,操作简便,易于维护等特点,易于在工厂企业中得到推广。
Due to the advantages including easy sample preparation, high energy resolution, nondestructive rapid multi-element analysis, Wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence Spectrometer is widely used in industrial and quality assurance analysts. However, the manufacturing technology and processing techniques are demanding, and most of WDXRF of our use are imported from abroad. With the knowledge of quality control features for the building materials industry, we have choose ten fixed element channel, curved crystal, 400-watt low-power tube, Tube-above design to avoid contamination, patented technology of integrated X-ray detector, complete the fixed-channel spectrometer. The software system with automatic control system, multi-channel acquisition system, quantitative analysis system for X-ray fluorescence spectrometry, software design personalized with high automation, easy operation, easy to maintain, easy to get promotion in the factories and enterprises.
