摘要
根据剪切过程中,带材厚度变化可以用一个满足边界条件的二次函数来表示,从而推导出剪切力的计算方法。分析了带材厚度与重叠量的关系,获得了相对重叠量S/h的取值范围。通过与现有一些剪切力计算公式相比较,可以得到较为合理的剪切力计算结果,可以为圆盘剪的设计和使用提供参考。
The quadratic function with boundary condition can be shown for variety of strip thickness.The calculating formula of shearing force is derived in this paper.This results show the relation of strip thickness and overlap,value range of relative overlap S/h.Comparing with the existing calculating formula of shearing force,the result of this paper is reasonable,and offer the reference for designing and use of slitting shears.
