低频交变磁场对水中碳酸钙结晶过程的影响

摘要 通过自行设计的高梯度磁处理器,使用碳酸钙沉积法考察低频交变磁场对碳酸钙结晶过程的影响;并借助X_RD和电镜扫描对垢样进行检测,证实了低频交变磁处理水溶液具有先促进碳酸钙晶核生成,而后又抑制晶核长大的现象,并指出磁化处理的垢样中文石所占比例最多,方解石最少,可以形成软垢,容易随着液流冲走,进而达到除垢阻垢效果。 A self-designed water treatment system with high-gradient magnetic field has been established to study the effects of a low-frequency time-varying magnetic field on the formation of calcium carbonate crystal,the calcium carbonate precipitation method was used.Based on the results of the X_RD and SEM analysis,it′s approved that it is of the capacity of promoting calcium nuclears′formation in the early stage,then restraining crystal′growth later.Also it′s indicated that the composition of scale sample which had been treated by magnetic field is different from it in the raw water.Aragonite is the largest composition share,minimum composition is the calcite,which is easier for forming soft scale that is easily flushed by liquid,and the better result of the scale removing and anti-scaling are achieved.
