摘要
通过Gleeble-1500热模拟机等温压缩试验研究了1235铝合金流变本构模型。在此基础上,建立铝板带热轧二维MSC.Marc有限元模型,对热连轧过程温度场进行了模拟仿真,并分析了热连轧过程中的温度场变化规律,为指导生产实践提供理论参考。
The flow stress behavior of 1235 aluminum alloy is studied by axisymmetric compression tests on the computer servo-controlled Gleeble-1500 machine.Base on this,the planar finite element model of temperature field of the aluminum strips is built up by the software MSC.Marc.And then,the temperature field of hot continuous rolling is simulated.At last,the variety rules of the temperature field during the process of hot continuous rolling is also analyzed.All of these will support the reference and direction in theory to the product practice.
