摘要
针对150 t铁水罐的结构和使用特点,运用三维非线性有限元技术对机械应力和变形场进行了较为精确的计算,重点研究了耳轴和加强筋板的应力和变形分布,计算结果可为铁水罐的生产使用和进一步的优化设计提供依据。
The three-dimensional mechanical stress and deformation of a 150 ton hot metal ladle are calculated by the three-dimensional finite element technique.The structural model is built according the ladle structural characters.The stress and deformation distributions of the trunnion and reinforcing hoop slabs are calculated carefully.The numerical results can provide a technique basis for optimization design of the hot metal ladle and its operation in production.
