摘要
本文简述了aspenONE乙烯工业整体解决方案,着重阐述了乙烯全装置全流程先进控制的解决方案以及先进控制最佳实践,详细描述了乙烯先进控制项目中裂解深度在线控制、乙烯装置处理量最大化以及裂解炉负荷智能分配控制策略开发。本文以中石化燕山石化乙烯装置实施AspenTech先进控制项目为案例,介绍了乙烯全装置全流程先进控制系统设计以及投运结果。
In this paper,we briefly introduce the aspenONE integrated solutions for ethylene plant,present in detail the Advanced Process Control(APC) solutions for whole ethylene unit and APC best practice,and explain the control strategies for on-line severity control,throughput maximization and intelligent distribution control for cracking furnace load in ethylene APC application.As a case study,we give a detailed description of the advanced process control design and implementation results of Sinopec Yanshan ethylene APC project by using AspenTech APC solutions.
