This paper has introduced the principles of fieldbus module and features of FC200 products.The system hardware and parameters are configured combining with the technology features of the converter.The point of programming is presented in accordance with the requirements of converter technology.The field application has proved that FC200 field module is mature products and can be applied brilliantly in metallurgy field.In contrast to the DCS system,the application of the FC200 field-bus module can save vast amount of copper containing metal and the overall investment of automatic system are cut down.Moreover,the reliability has been promoted for convenient maintenance.
