摘要
把工业无线技术应用于电厂DCS控制和监测领域某些合适的场合,可减少电厂安装成本、节省调试时间、降低后期维护费用。本文针对工业无线技术在电厂控制系统中的应用场合及带来的价值和优势加以探讨,详细阐述了应用工业无线技术的技术因素方面的考虑,并对目前无线技术应用于工业控制的2个国际标准——ISA100和WirelessHART进行了比较。文章最后详细阐述了贵州电力试验研究院在贵州盘县电厂实地测试霍尼韦尔公司OneWireless无线变送器网络的可靠性和安全性的过程。并简单介绍了霍尼韦尔公司无线架构的特点,包括无线网络架构,及一个无线平台支持多种无线应用和多种通讯协议现场仪表的特点等。
This paper mainly focuses on the potential applications in power plant DCS control system,and the advantages in installation cost saving,commission time saving,and maintenance cost reducing.Beyond these,wireless can bring more value to power customer.Two international industrial standards about wireless application in monitoring and control are compared,and in the last,explained Honeywell’s OneWireless solution,which provide a multifunctional wireless network structure,that is one structure supporting multi wireless applications and multi protocol wireless instruments.Site test for wireless reliability and safety in GuiZhou PanXian Power Plant by Guizhou Electric Power Research Institute and Honeywell was illustrated in the end of the paper.
