摘要
介绍电磁流量计的工作原理及特点,针对实际生产过程中流量累计时遇到的"小信号"现象,分析了其产生机理并提出了小信号切除方案。为保证流量测量和累计的准确可靠,对电磁流量计的正确安装规范作了介绍。
The working principle and characteristics of electromagnetic flow meter were introduced. ＂Small signals＂ occured when the cumulative flow in the actual production process. The mechanism of small signal generated and program resected smallsignal were described. The installation of its norms were presented for accurate measurement and accumulative total.
