挤出瓦切割电控系统改用光控可控硅开关的尝试

作者在挤出瓦生产中对瓦坯瓦爪的切割、档水槽阻泥板机构的电子控制方面进行了改进尝试,将光继电器触点和交流接触点动作控制改由光控可控硅无触点交流开关控制,取得很好的效果.

<Abstract>After trials on electric control at cutting tile nibs in extruded tile manufacture and water-stopper channel mud damper motion, the author tried to use thyristor contactless a-c switch control in place of relay and a-c point contact motion. The paper recommends the authors achievement.
