我国高校教师工作绩效考核研究综述

Review on College Teachers' Job Performance Evaluation in China

近年来,国内学者对高校教师工作绩效的考核方法、影响因素以及考核体系建立等方面进行了探讨。这些研究对于指导当前高校教师工作绩效考核,提高教师工作绩效水平以及促进学校和教师的自身发展产生了重要影响。目前仍需加强对高校教师工作绩效考核的全面性研究以及对绩效考核的理论研究,同时增强对绩效考核反馈的研究。

Recent years,domestic scholars have done relevant researches on college faculty's job performance,including such aspects as evaluation method,factors affecting evaluation and evaluation system.These researches have significant impact on guiding performance evaluation,improving teachers' performance proficiency and facilitating self-development for both colleges and their teachers.Suggestions for further research include: conducting comprehensive research theoretical research and feedback research on performance evaluation.
