摘要 自我实现的需要是一种重要的学习动机,是促使教师个体进行专业学习并最终成就教师的高素质性和发展性的动力。教师教育要重视且创造良好的条件培养教师自我实现的需要,要重视基于自我实现的职业理想和人格形象的培养。自我实现的教师培养保障了教师素质的持续发展,给予教师个性化发展强有力的支持,是实现"教育家办学"的基础与前提。 The need of self-actualization is not only an important learning motivation but also a drive for teachers to develop themselves through reading.The task of teacher education should focus on creating the environment which is beneficial for teachers to achieve self-fulfilment,professional ideal and personal image.Self-actualization-oriented teacher cultivation is a channel for sustainable development of teachers' self-fulfilment.It is a scaffold for teachers' individualized development.It is a basis and precondition of achieving the goal of 'educationalist teaching'.
