Analysis of Balance Problems between Urban and Rural Basic Education

基础教育是教育的基础,是推进社会公平、构建和谐社会的关键。但由于历史与现实的原因,我国的城乡基础教育存在着严重的发展不均衡现象。比如在教育人力、物力、财力资源方面都存在严重的差异。城乡基础教育失衡给教育发展带来很大影响,因此,以统筹的思路促进城乡基础教育均衡发展是教育改革的重点,是现代教育事业发展的必然要求。

Basic education,the foundation of education,is a vital to social equality and harmonious society.But due to historical and practical reasons the imbalanced development of basic education between urban and rural areas is serious.They differ mainly in manpower,material and funds,which has great effect on healthy development of basic education.Therefore,future reform should focus on balanced development which is a must of modern education.
