摘要 聋生由于受到自身障碍、认知水平、沟通能力以及自制力等诸多方面的影响,其在课堂中的违纪现象十分普遍。这些违纪行为不仅会伤害师生感情,而且会破坏学习气氛,影响教学效果。为维持良好的课堂秩序,教师应做好以下工作:第一,与学生建立良好的信任关系;第二,制定班级认可的纪律公约;第三,引导学生有效地回应以满足自我需要;第四,使课堂活动设计科学生动;第五,了解每一个学生的情况,把握他们的不同需要;第六,对于学生良好的行为应给予积极的评价;第七,通过适当的方式引起学生的注意;第八,允许不同程度的学生选择不同难度的学习任务;第九,对于习惯性违纪行为应该有计划地进行纠正。 Deaf students' discipline problem in classroom is quite common because of their impairment,cognitive level,communication skills and self-control,etc.Their behavior in classroom will hurt the feelings of both teachers and students,destroy the learning atmosphere and affect the effectiveness of teaching.In order to keep class in order,a teacher should do the following things: First,to establish trusting relationships with students;Second,to develop acceptable discipline convention;Third,to give guidance to students on how to respond effectively;Fourth,to design colorful class activities;Fifth,to understand each student and satisfy their needs;Sixth,to adopt positive feedback to students' good behavior;Seventh,to draw students' attention in proper ways;Eighth,to allow students to choose different tasks;Ninth,to rectify improper behavior regularly.
