晚清江南儒生阶层与乡村伦理秩序的重建——以余治为中心的教育考察

The values supported in Rebuilding Rural Ethics Order by Confucian Scholar's Stratum from South Yangzi in the Late Qing Dynasty——Educational Investigation Centering on "Yu Zhi"

余治为晚清"善人"的典型。他出身于一个恪守传统伦理道德的乡村贫寒家庭,接受的是儒生阶层的以科举为人生价值取向的教育,因而他在思想与行为上表现出坚守儒家传统伦理道德的价值取向。太平天国运动之后,江南地区伦理秩序空前紊乱,以余治为代表的儒生阶层为了应对这种冲击与破坏,融汇佛道思想,吸纳江南的民间信仰,将传统的儒生价值观通俗化与普及化,为江南地区伦理秩序的恢复和重建作出了突出贡献。

Yu-Zhi was a model of welldoer in the late Qing Dynasty.He came from a poor village family abiding by traditional ethics and was instilled into taking imperial examination as the value of life from childhood as most members of his stratum.Therefore,Yu-Zhi demonstrated his thought and behavior that stood fast at the value of the Confucian's traditional ethics.After Taiping Heavenly Kingdom's movement,the ethics order in area of the South was unprecedented disorder.In order to deal with this kind of impinge and destruction,Confucian Scholar's Stratum which represented by Yu-Zhi,popularized and personalized traditional Confucian scholar's values through merging the thoughts of Buddhism and Taoism,and absorbing the folk faith of the South.Their moves contributed a lot to the recovery and reconstruction of the regional ethics order in the South.
