建设类五年制高职院校产学研结合人才培养模式探析

Analysis in the Cultivating Modes of Five-Year Higher Vocational School of construction through University-Industry-Science Cooperation

产学研结合是高等职业教育发展的必由之路。建设类五年制高职院校通过产学研结合开发人才培养方案,建立"4+1"教学模式,培养"双师型"教师队伍,校企共建实训基地等方式,创建了建设类五年制高职产学研结合的人才培养模式。其实践效果显著,不仅增强了学生的综合素质与创新能力,提高了学生的就业竞争力,而且加快了学校"双师型"教师队伍建设速度,还拓展了实训基地的社会服务能力。

University-industry-science cooperation is the only way for the development of higher vocational education.Through university-industry-science cooperation,five-year higher vocational school of construction class developed training program,established a '4 +1' teaching,trained a 'dual-qualified' teachers,built training base by schools and enterprises etc.It created a training model of five-year vocational construction class.Not only it enhances students' the overall quality and innovation and improves the employ ability and competitiveness,but also speeds up construct the 'dual-qualified' eachers;also expands social service capabilities of the training base.
