摘要
笔者采用文献法和问卷调查法,通过对660名高中生的主观幸福感和时间管理倾向进行研究,得出如下结论:1、高中生主观幸福感处于中等偏上水平(平均分为38.41),在年级因素上差异显著(p<0.05),主观幸福感个别维度在性别因素上差异显著(p<0.05),有的达到了极其显著(p<0.01);2、高中生的整体时间管理倾向水平处于中等偏低水平(平均分为142.39),是否独生子女及年级因素对部分维度导致显著差异;3、高中生时间管理倾向与主观幸福感在0.01水平上显著相关(r=0.492);其时间效能感和时间监控观对主观幸福感有较好的预测作用。
In this paper,through the methods of literature and questionnaire survey,660 high school students were studied on Subjective Well-being(SWB) and Time Management Disposition(TMD).Results show:1) the level of high school students' feeling of subjective well-being is above the intermediate level(mean score being 38.41),but there is significant difference on gender dimension(p<0.05) and some have extreme significance(p<0.01);2) the level of overall time management disposition is below the intermediate level(mean score being 142.39),which may be the only child and grade factors that cause significant difference on some dimensions;3) The relationship between SWB and TMD of High school students is significant on the level of 0.01,that is r = 0.492,which demonstrates that time efficiency and time monitor have predictive function on SWB.
