从我国不同时期来看大学自治与政府之间的关系,政府对大学的控制是不可避免的,由于二者的目的不一样,大学对政府的控制有本能的抵御,所以,在大学自治与政府控制之间寻求一个平衡点是很重要的,它可以促进二者的和谐、健康发展。

Chinese history has witnessed the tendency of the government controlling over universities concerning the relationship between university autonomy and government control.University has an instinctive resistance to government control because of the different goals of both university and government.Therefore,establishing a balance between university autonomy and government control is of vital importance for promoting harmonious and healthy development of both sides.
